Change of Telephone Numbers and addresses..

With immediate effect, the original Claymate telephone number has changed.

If you call the old number you will hear a recorded voice asking you to redial using the following number 0151 203 8212 international +44(0)151 203 8212 to be answered by Graham Fair (not Rick Fornalski anymore)

Rick is being hidden away to design the new Wireless Card Claymate and the phones are being removed to give him the peace and quiet he needs to carry out the task.

We will add links to show off the New System as we have them.

We have engaged Tony Brooks who is taking over Claymate Technical Support.
We are arranging a telephone line for him which will be an 0151 number.

Repairs should still be sent to "Silver Willows", The Croft, Bures, Suffolk, CO8 5JB.
Once we setup the remote Service Site, we will notify you of the change of address.
DO NOT send repairs to Promatic in Hooton as you will incur additional shipping costs.

The 0151 203 xxxx numbers are FREE to Vonage customers, (an internet telephone service) so if you have a Vonage account, use it.

After 15 years of direct access to Rick (and those who call him on Sundays at 06:00 AM) the changes may be hard initially but if you absolutely must speak to him, call 0151 203 8212 and we will ask Rick to call you
