We got fed up with OEM cases that looked good but filled with water in the rain, so we had a tool made so we could injection mould our own.

These cases have a water seal, 6 stainless screws holding the back on with an optional belt clip (as per Claymate).
Being plastic, they don't stick to your hands at -20 degrees, they are super light and they feel good in either the left or right hand.

You can see a few of the specially printed front panels we provide to our customers and you can even fit more than 3 buttons to the enclosure.
We can fit ELEVEN of our buttons. with boots, without using the back!

We can provide the enclosures with or without holes, screws, seal, buttons, panel, belt clip or cable strain relief. The choice is yours. Cherry picking is permitted.

One customer fits a cable gland on the wider 'top' of the handset and fits a single button on the side where the BLN logo is. Sounds odd, looks strange but feels surprisingly good in the hand.

Correctly assembled, as they are when they leave us as a product, the handsets are rain, sleet and snow proof. You can submerge them too, in other words, leave them in a water filled puddle overnight and they will be dry on the inside in the morning.
When you make them yourself, well, that's up to you.
