Following
it its 2 trap cousins foot steps, the 3-Trap Sporting
Claymate (Super Sporting Claymate) is destined for similar
popularity and longevity.
We
call it a Super Sporting Claymate when fitted with the
4 Button Super Sporting Handset which conforms to the
rules as laid down by John Bidwell.
We
can provide a 3 button handset without the Sim' Pair
option, in which case, we call this a 3-Trap Sporting
Claymate. Only the handset changes.
Whatever
you want to shoot, we have made any 3-Trap stand a fun
place to be.
If
you want Sim' pairs of any 2 traps, just press the trap
buttons at the same time.
The
Lone Shooter is not forgotten and we have added a Following
Pair 'tweak' that allows you to select which of the
connected traps will be sent as a 'report' target, so..
you could send A with a following target out of trap
C.
Of course, you could have any trap followed by the same
trap, if you want.
Initially we DID allow a sim pair to be followed by
a single but as that is NOT a requirement in John Bidwells
specification for the discipline, we tweaked the feature
to prevent a following target being sent after a Sim
Pair but the following mode is left alone so if you
then send a single, you will get your following target.
I
wanted to mention this specifically as the change was
requested by John and, being a customer driven company,
we do what our customers tell us.
Don't
want to connect all three traps?... Simply 'spare out'
the unused trap and Claymate will not try to launch
it. Claymate will skip over that trap if you try to
select it as following target as well.
Double
arm traps?. Simply tell Claymate to count 2 targets
and it will.
Remember that tweak above to defeat a following target
after a Sim Pair?, well, we ALLOW a following target
after a double arm trap launch, so you can still have
fun with a 3 shot auto. |
